Melissa Norfolk
Director
Bachelor of Computer Science (La Trobe University)
After completing her Bachelor of Computer Science, Melissa worked for Mobil Oil, Alcoa, GE Capital and Melbourne University before branching out to start her own web design and consultancy business.
She attends the annual International World Wide Web Conference and co-chaired the Online Learning workshop in Hong Kong (2001) and Hawaii (2002).
Melissa founded MNWD in 1998. She is passionate about educating business audiences to enable them to realise the business opportunities that the internet and other emerging technologies offer.
She specialises in building search engine friendly websites and marketing savvy email newsletters that connect businesses with more customers online.
A member of APESMA, NSAA and BNI, she speaks to organisations and business networks on the use of the internet and technology in business.

Kylie Oldfield
Business Manager
Bachelor of Visual Arts/Education (Deakin University) / Diploma of Multimedia (Swinburne)
Kylie joined Melissa Norfolk Web Design in October 2007.
She comes to us with five years commercial experience in managing a team, co-ordinating large web projects and website design. Her role as Business Manager is to oversee all day-to-day operations and she works closely with both staff and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Anthony Smith
Web Designer
Bachelor of Technology - Interactive Multimedia (Swinburne University)
Anthony joined Melissa Norfolk Web Design in July 2007.
His skills with HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver and Photoshop helps with website design, graphic design and email newsletters.
He is a whiz with photoshop layouts and helps clients come up with the look they want to project for their business online.

Matthew Baulch
Designer / Account Manager
Bachelor of Multimedia (Swinburne University)
Matt joined Melissa Norfolk Web Design in September 2004.
His skills with Dreamweaver and Photoshop helps with website design, graphic design and email newsletters.
As Account Manager he knows our growing client base well and assists with all client communication including our bi-monthly client newsletter Net News and Views.
He provides support to existing clients who need website maintenance, search engine optimisation and Google Adwords campaign management.

Eadaoin Wright
Web Designer
Advanced Diploma of Multimedia (NMIT) / Diploma of Visual Arts (NMIT)
Eadaoin joined Melissa Norfolk Web Design in February 2008.
Her skills with Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL help with website design, database driven web applications and site maintenance.
Her range of design and development skills have been a great addition to the team.
