| Diamond Valley - Heidelberg Leader Business Awards, 26 September 2005
Melissa Norfolk Web Design was last night announced as the Professional Services category winner in the Diamond Valley - Heidelberg Leader Business Awards 2005.
The 10th Annual Leader Business Awards Presentation Evening was held at The Centre Ivanhoe. This presentation was held to announce the category and overall winners in this years Awards.
Hosted by Ian Cover, ABC Radio & TV personality, the awards recognise excellence in the local business community as voted by patrons of the Diamond Valley and Heidelberg community.
Initial nominations forms were published in the local Leader newspapers and patrons had the opportunity to nominate their
favourite local businesses. Five finalists were chosen in each category from Restaurant/Cafe to Trades to Professional Services.
Voting slips were then published in the paper and readers voted on their favourite business in each category as well as an overall winner. The reader vote contributed 10% towards the final score and 90% was judged by an independent research company conducting mystery shopping and telephone interviews.
